Brigette Rodriguez training on the gym floor at night
Fort Myers, FL — Personal Training

Ten years of work that only paid off in the details. Now I do that with your training.

"I'll push you to your limits without overdoing it." Strength, shape and motion for women who have a family to keep up with — coached by Brigette Rodriguez.

The Detail Work

Coaching that explains itself

Ten years of detailing cars, threading brows and private duty taught me that the finish is decided by things most people never look at. Training is identical. The purpose behind the set is the work.

Individualized programming

Your plan is written for your body, your schedule and the goal you actually said out loud — not a template with your name on the top.

Form and technique first

I teach you the why behind every rep. Position, tempo, where you should feel it. Detail work is what makes the weight safe to add.

Progress tracked, honestly

We track what you lift, what you eat and how you feel, so the next block is a decision instead of a guess.

Accountability, adjusted

I push when you need the extra challenge and support you when it gets difficult. The program moves as you move.

What changes

The result, in your words

Every woman who calls me says a version of the same thing. Here is what we actually build toward.

  • Motion for real life

Keeping up with your family — the beach day, the stairs, the grandkids — without paying for it the next morning.

  • Body recomposition

Losing the extra weight while building the muscle underneath it, so the shape changes even when the scale is slow.

  • Glutes and definition

A bigger, lifted, more defined backside built by progressive work, not gimmicks.

  • Skin and structure

Muscle under the skin and patient fat loss to firm up what loose weight left behind.

Where you are now

You're not out of shape. You're out of time, and tired of guessing.

You've done the workouts you found online. You've eaten less and seen the scale move without the mirror following. Your back hurts on the stairs, the family doesn't slow down, and the parts of your body you want to change are the parts nothing has touched.

"I don't do laziness."

I'll bring you out of that comfort and help you see your real potential and effort.

I came to this from watching people get better

I used to do home health aid and private duty. Watching clients work with therapists and personal trainers — and seeing what it gave them back — pushed me to further my education because of the outcome people get.

Be my next success story

Soraya Form Fitness is new, and I'm taking on a small first group of women in Fort Myers. You get the version of coaching nobody gets later: my full attention, my whole schedule, and a program I'll rewrite as many times as it takes.

Client results are coming soon. I'd rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

How it works

Three steps, no mystery

  1. 01

    Tell me the details

You send the goal, the history, the schedule and the parts of your body that give you trouble.

  2. 02

    We build the plan

Individualized programming, online or in person, with nutrition built to match what you'll actually eat.

  3. 03

    We train and adjust

Form coached, progress tracked, program changed as you get stronger. You learn what you're doing and why.

Straight answers

Before you ask

Do I have to compete to train like this?
No. The physique work — building muscle, shaping glutes, losing fat slowly enough to keep the muscle — is the same whether you ever step on a stage or just want to feel strong at fifty-five. Nobody here is required to compete.
Is the diet extreme?
No. I coach sustainable transformation, which means food you'll still be eating in a year. We adjust portions and protein before we ever cut anything drastic, and nothing is banned.
Can I do this naturally?
Yes. Everything I program is built on training, food, sleep and consistency. That's slower than the internet promises and it's the only version I'll coach.
I'm 50+ and starting over. Is this for me?
It's who I train most. We start with what your joints allow, build motion and technique first, and add load once the movement is clean. I'm patient with motivation. I'm not patient with quitting on yourself.

Start with the details.

My goal is not just to give you workouts — it's to "educate, empower, and coach you through a sustainable transformation."
